Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. With the exception of United States and company holidays. We ship via USPS or UPS from our warehouse in California.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Delivery with UPS ground is 5 business days from ship date.
We are delighted to offer free shipping for orders over $39.98 within the Continental United States.
For orders under $39.98, we offer a $9.99 flat rate option. All charges can be seen at checkout.
Delivery Outside the Continental U.S
Shipping costs will be determined by delivery address and are calculated by weight.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
California residents will have sales tax automatically added to their orders. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses outside of California.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Seedling USA. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, please return your order within 60 days of its delivery for a full refund, seedling.com credit, or exchange. To request a return, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re happy to help!
Original shipping charges are not refundable, except when the product purchased was damaged upon delivery or the incorrect item was sent. We will provide FREE pre-paid shipping labels for any items returned to our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you are a gift recipient, credit will be issued in the form of a gift card to seedling.com at the Item(s) current selling price.
If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and contact us immediately so we can remedy the issue and re-send you the merchandise. We don’t want to delay play!
This policy only applies to products purchased on seedling.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.
Please allow 14 days for our warehouse to process your return. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirming your finalized return.
